On January 19, 2026, a New Year's party was held jointly by three of our affiliated organizations: the Construction Project Delivery System Council (CPDS), the Future Environmental Forum (KMF), and the Organization for PPP Promotion Support (OPPS). 

Opening remarks were made by Mr. Hirotaka Yamauchi, Representative Director of OPPS, followed by remarks by Mr. Hideyuki Shiomi, Vice-Minister for Infrastructure for Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Mr. Koji Ikeuchi, President of JSCE/ President of FRICS and Professor Emeritus of University of Tokyo, and Mr. Kotaro Takemura, Representative Director of Japan Water Forum, as representatives of guests.

Takeshi Maeda, Representative Director of KMF, offered a toast, and Kuniaki Hanamura, Representative Director of CPDS, offered New Year greetings. The closing remarks were made by our Representative Director, Kimikazu Uemura, who serves on the board of directors for three incorporated associations.

The meeting was very well attended by about 70 people, including guests and members and directors of the three corporations. The activities and collaborative efforts of the three corporations, such as the establishment of the Basin Carbon Neutral Platform and the co-sponsorship and support of the symposium, were also introduced, and it is expected that collaboration and cooperation will deepen further in the future.
