TOKYO & NOUMÉA, New Caledonia – Index Strategy, Inc. today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GSR Group, a leading industrial service provider based in Nouméa, New Caledonia. The partnership aims to accelerate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) investment projects and advance infrastructure development across the Asia-Pacific region.

 

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to identify and develop business opportunities in Asia-Pacific and other mutually agreed markets. Index Strategy specializes in project management and business development for PPP initiatives that address social challenges and build sustainable systems. GSR brings extensive expertise in industrial services, including:

- Transport and logistics management (vehicle handling and loading)

- Industrial maintenance (sandblasting and painting)

- Construction and civil engineering works

Together, the companies will leverage their strengths to promote infrastructure projects focused on water and sanitation and renewable energy.
