Work Hours	9:00 - 18:00 (standard hours) *Flex time system available
Holidays	Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations (12/30-1/3), etc.
Paid Holidays	Depending on the month of employment, a predetermined number of days will be granted on the day of employment. 11 days will be newly granted in April of the following year.
Commuting Allowance	Paid in accordance with company regulations *In principle: Actual expenses are paid within the tax-exempt limit.
Overtime Allowance	Fixed overtime system Fixed overtime allowance for 40 hours of overtime per month. All actual expenses paid if overtime is worked in excess of 40 hours per month.

Job Description	As a Strategist, you will assist with the activities related to project management and consulting works of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects overseas in social and civil infrastructure, from project structuring to final implementation, including project development, feasibility study, and overall negotiations with relevant stakeholders. During your tenure as a Strategist, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to: 1. Assist with project management and consulting requirements such as market analysis, preparation of proposals, feasibility studies, etc. 2. Assist in identifying, developing, structuring and executing PPP projects across all sectors and actively support the development with innovative approaches. 3. Understand international best practice trends and proactively apply them to your own work with situational relevant and benefits. 4. Proactively present clear ideas or approaches using precise and concise messaging with appropriate data and tools. 5. Effectively interact with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds and country situations in different contexts with a society-oriented mind. 6. liaise and maintain sustainable relationships with new/existing clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications	Basic Qualifications: - At least 5 years of relevant international experience - Strong interest in social contributions through innovative approaches - Solid problem-solving skills. Define problems, generate new ideas, identify solutions, and implement and evaluate impacts. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, consultative approach to managing and coordinating with stakeholders. - Competence to create and grow businesses. - Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in International Development, Economics, Business, Public-Private Policy and/or other related fields. Preferred Qualifications: - Professional experience in project management and/or development of infrastructure projects with PPP components - Passionate to take on the challenge of new environments and domains - Experience in working with multi-lateral development agencies and/or infrastructure-related/fast-growing start-ups - Experience in think tanks, consulting divisions of audit firms, civil consultants, and business consulting firms
