We, the Index Group, provide project management related services in the fields of construction, social and public infrastructure, and facilities.

The construction of buildings, factories, and commercial facilities is a major project for which the building client cannot afford to fail. The reality is that unforeseen problems can arise, such as going over budget or schedule, or not meeting the required specifications. As the client's representative, we properly manage the construction work and at the same time provide total project support from the business concept of "what kind of business should be run at the facility" to the maintenance and management of the facility.

My motto is "sampo yoshi," or "good for the seller, good for the buyer, and good for the world," as advocated by an Omi merchant in the Middle Ages. It is natural to serve the client. On top of that, the project will not be successful in the long term if it does not benefit the three parties affected by the project, such as the construction companies, specialized businesses, and other contractors participating in the project, as well as the surrounding communities. As a project manager, I would like to pursue sampo yoshi and spread this type of Japanese-style project management throughout the world.

We will also contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through our expertise in project management.
