APPLICATION

Employment Status	Full-time employee (no fixed term, probationary period of 3 months) *Shortened working hours and outsourcing are also possible, please consult with us.
Work Location	Head Office Shiroyama Trust Tower 23F, 4-3-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Work Hours	9:00 - 18:00 (standard hours) *Flex time system available
Holidays	Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations (12/30-1/3), etc.
Paid Holidays	Depending on the month of employment, a predetermined number of days will be granted on the day of employment. 11 days will be newly granted in April of the following year.
Commuting Allowance	Paid in accordance with company regulations *In principle: Actual expenses are paid within the tax-exempt limit.
Overtime Allowance	Fixed overtime system Fixed overtime allowance for 40 hours of overtime per month. All actual expenses paid if overtime is worked in excess of 40 hours per month.

ENVIRONMENT

Office Environment

Our office is located on the 23rd floor of the historic Shiroyama Trust Tower.
It is a comfortable work environment with a great view of the Tokyo Tower and the National Parliament Building.
Surrounding Environment

The office is located in the Toranomon area, which is undergoing redevelopment. The nearest stations are Kamiyacho Station on the Hibiya Line and Roppongi 1-chome Station on the Nanboku Line, providing excellent access to all parts of Tokyo. This is an area that will become increasingly convenient in the future.

Flexible Working Hours

Within the framework of the standard total working hours each month and core time (10AM - 4PM) is spent to work, employees are allowed to work flexibly at the beginning or end of the day.
