Index Strategy, Inc. signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) and Maeda Corporation on 13th April in Hanoi, Vietnam. The ceremony was attended by the representatives of Commission for Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT), and the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam.
 
The MOU creates an opportunity for all organizations to exchange experiences and promote research cooperation in financing, managing and operating expressways in Vietnam. The organizations will collaborate on developing specific programs and adhering to international practices and relevant laws to effectively implement the MOU.
 
This MOU is significant as it coincides with the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Vietnam – Japan Diplomatic Relations, highlighting the strong bonds of friendship and partnership between the two countries. It is expected that the MOU will enhance mutual cooperation and understanding in the field of road infrastructure.
 
Index Strategy is committed to improving Vietnam's road infrastructure and promoting international cooperation by identifying new solutions and best practices for managing and operating expressways in Vietnam, helping to enhance the country's economic development and improve the lives of its citizens through the spirit of “Sampo-Yoshi”, three-way satisfaction between public, private and the society.
