We would like to announce Index Group's forthcoming merger between Index Engineering, Inc. and Index Consulting, Inc. It is scheduled to take place officially on 1st April 2023. On that date, the combined company will begin conducting its practice as the grand new Index Consulting, Inc.

 

Through this merger, the company's overall strength will be enhanced by combining our forces as a pioneer in the construction project management business with the construction management know-how and technical capabilities with the forces of Index Engineering, Inc. We are confident this will result in even better customer service than in the past.

 

Since it is a merger by absorption, Index Engineering, Inc. will transfer all rights and obligations to Index Consulting, Inc. There will be no change in existing credits, debts, service contents, contract terms, etc.

 

We are grateful to you not only for giving us the opportunity to provide you with project management services but for your loyalty and friendship. We are confident that our new affiliation will serve us all well.
