The ceremony, held in Hanoi, Vietnam, was attended by representatives from each company, including Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, General Director of Deo Ca Group, Mrs. Phan Thi Mai, Representative of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment JSC and Mr. Uemura, CEO, and Mrs. Ikedo, Director & COO from Index Strategy.

 

At the ceremony, the three companies discussed the challenges and opportunities of the two expressway PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects to develop optimal solutions to enable rational and effective decisions.

 

The meeting also discussed aspects related to Japan - Vietnam policy, legal, and project operation management.
