The results have now been announced, and the "Karakoram New City Plan," an international competition sponsored by the Mongolian government in which Index Group's proposal won third place, was featured on the August 6 broadcast of WBS (World Business Satellite, TV Tokyo). Following Kengo Kuma explaining the concept of the plan, Index Group President Uemura comments on the project plan, financing and management through public-private partnership.
