This event aims to openly discuss at the summit level the various issues facing the Pacific Island countries and regions, contribute to regional stability and prosperity, and strengthen the partnership between Japan and the Pacific Island countries.

 

The PALM10 will be held in Tokyo from July 16th to 18th, 2024.

 

A side event of the PALM10 entitled, "Strengthening Pacific Ties through the Promotion of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Pacific Island Countries (PICs)" will be held on July 17 at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and Kimikazu Uemura, CEO of Index Group and Vice Chairperson of the Organization for PPP PromotionSupport (OPPS), and Airi Ikedo, Director of Index Strategy, will participate in the event.

 

The side event is an international conference with many participants from governments, development partners, Pacific Water and Wastewater Association (PWWA), and related companies from Pacific Island countries/regions. The event aims to foster collaborative efforts and share best practices that can drive sustainable development in the Pacific Region.
