The event commenced with opening remarks from Mr. Kimikazu UEMURA, CEO of Index Strategy, who expressed his excitement about the collaboration. The MOU establishes a framework for joint participation in collaborative projects and mutual benefits between Index Strategy and HSSE. Leveraging their respective strengths, resources, and expertise, the parties will collaborate on various projects of various sectors in social and civil infrastructure, including potential PPP investment ventures.

 

This MOU signifies the strong commitment of Index Strategy and HSSE to forge a successful partnership and capitalize on shared knowledge and resources. Together, they aim to drive infrastructure development and foster growth in the ASEAN region, India, and other mutually agreed-upon countries.
