The partner of Index, Inc., Mr. Tetsushi Konagaya, gave a lecture at Shibaura Institute of Technology Graduate School on 3rd October 2022.  

Mr. Konagaya is an expert in researching and analyzing the construction market. And he also manages the portal site “ARCHIBOOK” specializing in the construction industry. 

 

In the lecture, Mr. Konagaya used “Construction Cost Planning and Cost Management” as the theme to explain the mechanism of soaring construction costs and future trends through different scenarios. 

 

Index Group will continue to contribute to society by fostering people, both internally and externally, who will lead the next generation of Japan and the world. 

 

As a side note, the Construction Project Delivery System Council, where the CEO of Index Group Mr. Kimikazu Uemura serves as vice president, gives over eight lectures in four consecutive weeks by association members in turn, using the book "Modern Construction Project Management" as the textbook published by SHOKOKUSHA Publishing Co., Ltd., a publisher of books specializing in construction and civil engineering.
