Organization for PPP Promotion Support (OPPS), of which Index Group CEO Kimikazu UEMURA is a board of directors, will host an official side event for the 8th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 8) on 8th September. 

 

OPPS disseminates information on public-private partnership (PPP) projects in Japan and abroad and supports promoting PPP projects. Specifically, OPPS screens projects and shares information with government agencies and members, coordinates consortium formation, and supports negotiations and consensus building with partner governments.

 

OPPS will introduce PPP projects in Africa that OPPS increasingly considers, collaboration with the African Development Bank, partnership with PPPHealth4all, private organizations active in the African region, and its achievements at TICAD8.
