Index Group* has started to provide employees counseling support conducted by outside counselors.  

 

Index Group has employees with various backgrounds to innovate new ideas and added value that contributes to solving social issues in Japan and abroad. 

 

Never overlooking any concerns or worries our diverse employees may have and creating an environment that promotes and enhances the well-being of all members by keeping them physically, mentally, and socially "satisfied" and allowing them to perform their best are what Index Group takes seriously. 

 

In August 2022, Index Group started a contract with MySherpa Inc. that delivers an online counseling service, for all the employees, whether they speak Japanese or English, to receive counseling from counselors who are certified psychologists or clinical psychologists on an as-needed basis. 

 

Even if employees do not have any specific concerns, they can talk casually with the counselors. This support aims to help employees develop the habit of counseling with specialists to prevent their mental health problems before they occur.
