Mrs. Airi Ikedo Okutani, Director and Chief Operating Officer of Index Strategy was featured in an interview with African Business, a leading international business magazine, where she discussed the role of Japanese companies in African infrastructure development.

 

The article elaborates a toll road construction project currently underway in Ghana as a case study of a public-private partnership (PPP) initiative involving Index Strategy. Mrs. Okutani also shares insights into the challenges and opportunities which Japanese companies face when developing projects in the African market.

 

Published in connection with TICAD9 (The 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development), the article explores the future of infrastructure collaboration between Japan and Africa.
