T-LOGI Samukawa, a series of logistics centers for Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. for which Index Consulting is in charge of construction management (CM), was completed on September 30.

 

On September 25, a completion ceremony was held, attended by Fujita, Executive Officer, and Ita, Construction Manager, from Index Consulting.

 

T-LOGI is a brand of logistics facilities being developed by Tokyo Tatemono Co. T-LOGI aims to provide advanced logistics facilities that are safe, secure, and comfortable, as well as environmentally friendly logistics facilities for the next generation (ZEB logistics). We provided construction management services during the design and construction phases to achieve this goal.
