Takashi Okada, Director of Social System Design Corporation, a group company of Index Corporation, is participating as an expert member of the "Study Group on the Future of Logistics Bases" of the Logistics and Automobile Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Okada has been involved in many PPP/PFI projects as an expert in the field of public-private partnerships, and has also served as a government commissioner for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as an expert on infrastructure projects and systems.
