We regret to inform you that Hideaki Miyata, CEO of Social System Design, Inc. and Outside Director of Index Consulting, Inc., passed away on December 9, 2024. We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your friendship and kindness during his lifetime and respectfully inform you of his passing.

The funeral will be held privately with family and relatives only. In accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family, we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting the deceased's home, sending condolence gifts, telegrams, or flowers. We would appreciate your understanding.
