There are mainly 4 processes for social and civil infrastructure PPP projects: (1) project structuring, in which direct negotiations with the partner governments are conducted to select feasible projects from the long list; (2) feasibility study (F/S), in which potential risks and opportunities of selected projects are further evaluated; (3) SPC formulation, in which multiple public/private firms formulate a joint venture agreement for the project; and (4) project realization, in which PPP contract has been concluded. We have the capability to provide high-quality services for all the processes of PPP overseas projects as Project Manager, Consultant and Investor.
