The CEO of Index Consulting, Kimikazu Uemura, attended the main event of the 31st Kitamae Bune Ports of Call Forum hosted by Kitamae-Bune Communication Promoting Organization at the Louvre Museum (Paris, France) on 18th October 2022.

 

The central theme of this forum was " Kombu", which was transported by "Kitamaebune", a ship that supported logistics along the Sea of Japan from the Edo period to the Meiji period (1868-1912) and spread kombu throughout Japan. 

 

Under the topic "Connecting Municipalities and Businesses to Create New Towns Around the World," Uemura presented Index Group's public-private partnership (PPP) project achievements in Japan and abroad. He also explained the methods of public-private partnerships and their diversification toward realizing the Kishida administration's new capitalism.
