At Index Group, we hold an all-hands meeting and social gathering twice a year, bringing together all employees across the Group.

This is an important event that strengthens our unity as one team and aligns everyone toward our shared goals. This year, the meeting was held on Friday, March 13.

During the all-hands meeting, we reviewed the Group-wide and individual company goals, along with presentations on future strategies. It was a valuable opportunity to reaffirm our shared vision as a unified Group.

At the following social gathering, we held a team-based “ranking battle,” with teams formed based on a pre-event survey. Members from different departments and offices worked together, and the atmosphere remained lively throughout. By interacting with colleagues they do not usually work with, participants strengthened cross-functional connections within the Index Group.

We also continued our “IG Day,” where members engaged in team-building activities through LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® in mixed-company teams.

Going forward, the Index Group will continue to contribute to solving societal issues, transforming social systems, and advancing international development through projects in construction, social/public infrastructure, and facility-related sectors.
