In September 2025, Index Strategy established a new representative office in Madrid, Spain.

The office will serve as a strategic hub to support the expansion and development of projects in the African region. Its key objectives also include strengthening collaborations with European companies, gathering information, and accelerating business initiatives. This expansion is expected to further enhance international infrastructure development and public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

 

Mrs. Airi Ikedo Okutani, Director and Chief Operating Officer of Index Strategy has been appointed as the Head of the Representative Office in Madrid, and is scheduled to be stationed there for a minimum of two years. Through local engagement, the company aims to develop projects tailored to regional needs and foster more effective international cooperation.
