On February 4, 2026, Index Group held the 4th Corporate Ethics Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, we reviewed the previous meeting and confirmed follow-up items, followed by a lecture by Attorney Kainaka on the topic of "Corporate Compliance".
After the lecture, a lively exchange of opinions took place among Index Group CEO Uemura and the directors and executive officers of each operating company on how the content of the lecture should be applied to future Group business operations.
Society and the infrastructure industry in which the Group is involved are constantly changing. Index Group will continue to adhere to high corporate ethics that meet the demands of society and strive to operate its business with integrity and fairness.
